As one of the only places in the world where they occur naturally, it is important to protect California’s vernal pools and the unique organisms that live in them. Bedrock provided detailed topographic surveys and construction staking to relocate vernal pools onto one of the largest undeveloped pieces of rangeland in the Central Valley.
ELEVATION CERTIFICATES
Elevation Certificates provide reassurance to local municipalities that a well or new structure is built above the 100-year flood base flood elevation, which helps prevent flood water from contaminating underground reservoirs. Bedrock has performed hundreds of pre- and post-construction Elevation Certificates across the Central Valley in all types of flood zones.
