Mr. Hartley is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and is Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of BedRock Engineering, Inc. His fifteen years of engineering experience includes design of grading, street, sanitary sewer, water, and storm drain improvements for municipal, industrial, residential and commercial developments. Mr. Hartley also has extensive experience in processing plans through numerous government agencies and in managing construction staking projects.
